Eligibility Criteria for Scholarship Places
Professional Experience: Applicants must have a minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in any field.
Leadership Potential: Demonstrated interest in or potential for leadership roles, as evidenced by past experiences, responsibilities, or aspirations.
Commitment to the Programme: Willingness to commit the necessary time and effort to complete the 12-month programme, including attending workshops and participating in one-to-one coaching sessions.
English Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English to ensure effective communication and participation in the programme.
Motivation and Goals: Strong motivation to develop leadership skills and clear career goals that align with the objectives of the programme.
Financial Need: Applicants should demonstrate financial need or inability to afford the programme's typical cost (£3.29 per day or £1,200 for the year).
Educational Background: A minimum educational qualification, such as a high school diploma or equivalent. Higher education or relevant certifications may be advantageous but not mandatory.
Application Requirements
Completed Application: Submission of the completed application form.
Personal Statement: A brief personal statement explaining why the applicant is a good fit for the scholarship and how they plan to benefit from the programme.
Recommendation Letter: One letter of recommendation from a current or former employer, mentor, or educator attesting to the applicant’s leadership potential and commitment.
CV/Resume: A current CV or resume outlining the applicant's professional experience, education, and any relevant achievements.
Selection Process
All scholarship applications will be assessed after the closing date for the next class intake.
Candidates will be selected based on their answers and relevant supporting collateral.
Up to 10 candidates will be offered a scholarship place for each class intake.
